What a review shows
Each review summarises the period from logged evidence only: focus hours, tasks completed, clean deep-work blocks, your top win and top challenge, and how your work aligned with your goals. It won't invent numbers to fill a chart — if there's nothing logged, it says so.
Weekly and monthly
The weekly review is your short feedback loop — momentum, balance, and one thing to adjust. The monthly report zooms out: trends across weeks, goal progress, and whether your planned capacity matched reality.
Why it stays honest
Reviews are built by the same deterministic engine as the rest of the Brain, so they reflect what really happened, not an optimistic story. That's the point: a review you can trust is a review you'll act on.
Run a focus session or complete a task and it shows up in your next review — the more you log, the sharper the picture.
