Reverse-engineer or decompile the Service
Use the Service to train AI models without explicit written consent
Scrape or bulk-download user data (your own or others')
Attempt to gain unauthorized access
Use the Service for illegal purposes

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any law or regulation
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
Spam or send unsolicited messages
Upload malware or malicious code
Exceed rate limits or deliberately overload the Service

Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account at our sole discretion.

4. User Content

You retain all rights to content you create (tasks, goals, notes, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to:

Store and process your content to provide the Service
Use your content to improve and debug the Service (anonymized)
Display your content to you and authorized collaborators

We will not use your personal content for marketing or sell it to third parties.

5. AI Features

When you use AI features (Coach, Insights, etc.), your prompt and context are sent to Anthropic's Claude API:

Your data is subject to Anthropic's data retention policies
We do not log your AI conversations (Anthropic may, per their policy)
AI features are subject to rate limits and daily quotas

6. Billing & Refunds

Paid subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing, you agree to:

Pay the stated plan price at the selected interval (monthly or annual)
Automatic renewal until cancelled
Lemon Squeezy's terms for payment and refunds (lemonsqueezy.com)

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" basis without warranties:

We do not warrant the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
We do not warrant the accuracy of AI-generated content
AI features may produce incorrect, biased, or harmful output
We are not liable for reliance on AI recommendations

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zovik is not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data, revenue, or profits
Service interruptions or downtime
Unauthorized access or data breaches (where we took reasonable security measures)

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Zovik harmless from any claims, damages, or costs arising from:

Your use of the Service
Violation of these Terms
Content you upload or create
Your use of AI features

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for:

Violation of these Terms
Illegal activity
Abuse of the Service
Non-payment (if applicable)

Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked. You may request your data export before deletion (see Privacy Policy).

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced 30 days in advance. Continued use implies acceptance.

12. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of [State]. Any dispute shall be resolved by arbitration under AAA rules, except for IP infringement claims (which may be brought in court).
